Lakeframe Website

A modern site for Lakeframe with a customer onboarding flow that runs itself, on hosting that costs a fraction of what they were paying.

Lakeframe needed a real website. Their old setup was slow, expensive to host, and made onboarding new customers a manual chore. We rebuilt the site from scratch with a clean design, baked-in onboarding flows, and modern hosting that quietly cut their monthly bill.

The approach

How we built it

1

Redesign around the visitor

We rethought the structure so a first-time visitor can understand what Lakeframe does and take action within seconds of landing.

2

Wire up onboarding

Customer onboarding now runs as a guided flow on the site, instead of a back-and-forth over email.

3

Move to modern hosting

Deployed on a fast, modern stack that costs less than the old setup and handles traffic spikes without breaking a sweat.

The problem

What we walked into

The old site looked dated, loaded slowly, and forced new customers through a manual onboarding process that someone on the team had to babysit. Hosting costs were also higher than they needed to be for a site of that size.

The outcome

What changed

  • Faster, cleaner site that actually represents the brand
  • Self-serve onboarding flow replacing manual back-and-forth
  • Lower monthly hosting costs than the previous setup
